The Herbs

Gin is primarily juniper berry based and the distiller has the choice of the pallet of herbs to finish off the gin which gives it its unique flavor. Monte Piccolo Farm & Distillery grows herbs of all types to experiment with different flavor profiles. Below is pictured lemon grass and lemon verbina both providing herbal citrus notes, but with more nuance and a broader flavor base.
